Was at Grove Mall 2 days ago with my mother, sister and 7 month old twin babies. I needed to breastfeed them so we went to the nearest baby room which was the one at the top of the escalators. The sig...n of the room was half green and half red so I wasn't sure if it was locked so I knocked. No one answered. Tried again and again. Saw a maintenance guy walking by and asked him to please open for us and so he knocked and then opened the room... there she was. One of Grove staff ladies that slept in the room and locked it from the inside.... she quickly stood up and smiled as if it was funny and walked away. Didn't get her name. The smell in the room was horrific and there was no soap or paper towels... AND the aircon/fan was off so it was so hot in there. Was really dissapointed and will rather shop at another mall just for better facilities. See More

Ster Kinekor cine prestige service is the worst. Our first time visiting tonight and received horrible service from the prestige staff. We tried to order food, only to be told only the 3 most expensiv...e items on both menu's available. As we did not have enough time to have dinner elsewhere before the movir started, the staff told us we can go to McDonald's. Whe left and came back 20min later and wanted to buy cherry slush puppies, we could bot order it as the machine was out of order and were ask to order another flavour. We were also told to sit on other seats as the staff escourted orher people to our seats. In stead of rectifying their mistake, we had to ask the peiple to move to their correct seats. We are extremely disappointed in the service received. Will definitely not return or recommend Ster Kinekor Cine Prestige to anyone. See More

Thank you for the honesty of the cleaning staff at The Grove Mall we left our cellphone in the bathroom and they handed it in by Centre Management in my books that is WOW to have honest people like working for you definatly the best mall to shop at See More

Nice mall but shitty parking. You are working on the top floor at Samsung and have put gates so close to the cars that we couldn't get out of the parking. Other shoppers fortunately helped to move th...e gates as the workmen just watched and ignored us. Then we follow the signs to exit but it goes into a dead end as the exit is closed again with gates. Your centre/project manager ought to be fired and you must invest in a few notice boards. See More

Oh my soul. What horrific service from the boom gate security today at Grove Mall. Parking ticket was left at the previous boom and asked for assistance at the second boom. The woman was so rude and not prepared to help. We were stuck for 20 minutes. We kept on callling on the intercom but she still did not assist. This was the last time the grove mall will ever see us again.��� See More

The Grove Mall if you want to premiere a movie for 10h00 at night (IT)-9th of September please make arrangements before the time for a massive crowd that will attend and chaos that will happen when pe...ople need to exit, make sure you have more than one exit coz now I had to pay twice for a parking ticket due to the queue of vehicles that took more than 15 minutes to exit, when finally it was my turn to exit the machine didn't allow my card, pressed helped and the guy on the other side was rude, I had to turn my car around and go pay again since The Grove Mall can't organise and for guy on the so called help line -u just made The Grove's name bad, the security guard tried to help me but even the guy on the help line was rude to him who refused to give his name, The Grove mall learn from other Malls how it's done or stop having major events all together See More

I really have enjoyed the pro-active approach the waiters take at Cappuccinos.

Restaurants with good food and great waiting are very few, and I say this knowing only of Cappuccinos The Grove....

Ster Kinekor service? What service?! I bought a ticket this morning and it was issued for the wrong time although the correct time was selected. I asked one of the managers to change it as I wanted to... watch the 915am movie. She tried and said she cant because I used my Vitality card and if I want to change it I need to pay full price for the new one. Not even their useless call center can fix or assist. #WORST SERVICE EVER See More

Pathetic Mall, with Pathetic Restaurants and a pathetic Ster-Kinekor Imax. I really give it one star since 0 is not a option. Also be prepared to get locked in the mall late at night, and to spend at ...least 30 minutes to convince security to unlock gates so that you can leave the property. The place stinks (literally and figuratively). See More

Brought tickets online to find that I still need to stand in the queue to have it printed. Staff at popcorn do not know how to use the vitality vouchers to pay for popcorn. Bad experience!

Samsung - The Grove. Worst service ever. Samsung adviced me to go to them beacuse they will be able to help me asap. Booked my phone in on the 2 Feb 2018 and i was told 7-10 Days. After 10 days n phon...ed to get feedback. Evertime they just say waiting for parts. It is only a screen repair. On the 09 feb i was told the parts has arrived and i can collect my device. Phoned again today - feedback waiting for parts. The manager can not give me feedback or a solution. Managers words "give me a little bit time i will phone you next week Tuesday. Incompetent people presenting Samsung. Very disappointed. See More

Mapholo from Pick n pay the grove refused us to get in the shop at 15:20 together witht the security guard,they locked the door and told us if we want to report them we should go ahead. So on the 14th of May Mother's Day our entire family went to Ster Kinekor Entertainment the grove shopping centre to watch a movie! We sat right at the back against the wall 13 of us. Whilst we were w...atching the movie a person climbed under our seats and stole our cellphones, money, credit cards and ID's. When we found this out and reported it to the cinema management they told us that this had happened a few times already and we should contact their head office. After 2 months of going back and forth with them today I get a lawyers letter saying they can not be held liable.
The thought of going back to them after all they have done to my family is sickening, why do they keep quite about these things had we known we would have never left our handbags on the floor.
I don't know where to start changing their attitude the smallest thing I guess I can do is rant on Facebook and hope that this gets shared around so you too don't fall victim to people who do as they please.

I go to this mall frequently. Great "water" play area for kids, I love the restaurants and shopping opportunities. The movies with the premier option is amazing. Ice skating rink is great for the kids... too. Parking has always been a breeze. I'd really suggest it's worth going to! See More

Bit disappointed in management. Especially with regards to the parking and security. Countless times, I noticed people parking on the moms and tots and disabled whom has no kids or any disabilities. ...Everytime I want to report it to security, they are out of sight. I have phoned management. They said they will handle it and get back to me. Still waiting for them to get back to me and the situation has not improved at all. See More

To be avoided in the evening. Why would you close all but one exit when there are still hundreds of cars in the parking garage? We spent more than 30 minutes sitting in a queue being directed through... 3 boom gates on two levels. A very frustrating way to end the evening. See More

Waited over an hour for food, it came uncooked. Then after sending it back it arrived with the sauce wiped all over the plate and someone's finger marks in it. Sauce was sticky like tomato sauce when dries, not like hollandaise sauce should be. We left without eating and went across the way to Cappuccinos, much better! See More

Terrible center management/parking. Having 1 exit open at night so that it takes a long time to get out is infuriating.
