We are having a limited release of our Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged on French Oak (Oak was aged in a Single Malt Scotch Whiskey). The beer has roasty, malty flavors with hints of vanilla, anise, peat moss, and smoke, amidst an earthy background.
These bottles will ONLY be released in house and are for take home consumption ONLY. The 500 ml (16.9 oz) bottles are 12.5% ABV and are $14.95 + tax. Limit is 2 bottles per person.
We will also be serving a limited special menu for the day with Irish themed food. Menu items to be announced once we finalize perfecting the recipes! So far we have a corned beef gravy made from scratch that goes well over kettle chips......
As a southern girl, the one food item I have been sorely disappoint in, consistently, in CA is gravy - real Southern gravy made from scratch with butter and 1/2 and 1/2.
