I am totally shocked by Thorp, my husband and his family has been buying cars from Thorp in Paarl for years, they even got me to invest in them when I married i...nto this family.
The sad truth is that they have really gone downhill, their service is terrible!!
They did not warn us that this extended service plan would expire when we agreed to pay an additional
We really had no choice but to pay the service, when we phoned them to ask if we could collect the car on Saturday they said that it would be no problem, when we drove to the GM in Belville early Saturday morning they were closed, I had to get a lift to work as my car was locked up in their garage. When my husband picked up the car yesterday they again we're neverminde
Its not just about forking out money for a service its how you treat your long standing customers and how you convenient
The way they didnt have a care in the world for their screw up and this for a family that has been supporting
