Here’s a great article about our upcoming Awards of Distinction!
Join Town & Gown for the 10th annual Bulldogs in Service. This one day of service held on March 24th is a way to give back to our local community. The Town and Gown project this year is quilt making for Children's Fund! It will take place at the University of Redlands at the Casa Loma Room. These quilts are made by cutting and tying material and require no sewing. No prior experience is required and it's a great activity for the whole family!
These quilts add a personal touc...h to support programs for vulnerable youth in San Bernardino County. Created as a way to reach abused, neglected, and disadvantaged youth who are in unique circumstances and have limited opportunities for connection, the comfort quilt program adds a sense of security, ownership, and a reminder that someone believes in them. Youth have shared that it helped recreate their sense of hope and value again.
