From the Town Manager: My thanks to our Roadways crews and public safety folks who have worked through the storm. Also to all the Bridgewater residents who have made sure their neighbors are OK. We often criticize the utility companies, but our local National Grid people deserve a note of thanks for making improvements to their lines, trimming trees, staffing a quick-response storm center, and working hand-in-hand with our Fire and Police Departments during the storm. We continue to clean up and prepare for colder temperatures, but some thanks are due to our employees and contractors who keep the roads as open as possible.

Bridgewater Town Offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 5.

Please stay off the roads as our crews try to get them plowed and salted.

Chief Christopher Delmonte reports that a vehicle was damaged when it was struck by a MBTA Commuter Rail train on Broad Street Thursday afternoon.

From the Town Manager's Office: PLEASE make every effort to stay off the roads today as our Town plow crews and contractors work to clear snow. We are expecting a rapid drop in temerature later today which will make driving hazardous. Stay in and read a book or watch a movie!
