Last year one of my dogs became ill. He wasn’t real old but still he was no spring chicken. Three weeks before the Christmas holiday we had to let him go. Twin Creek Animal Hospital did so much for ou...r Kosmo. They (and I mean everyone in the Hospital) treated him with so much respect, then after the holidays had passed we received a letter in the mail. Twin Creek had made a donation in our loving Kosmo ‘s name. Know 10 months later we are faced with yet another sick pet. Our loving Charlie of almost 14 years is sick. The Vet is doing everything to help. We still don’t know what will happen but the staff and Drs at Twin Creek are going above and beyond to help. I even get to give them updates on Charlie through their Facebook page. They always answer question so that I understand what they are going to do and they fully explain any thought they may have for treatment or care. The hospital is not one of the cheapest vets out there but they are always willing to work the animals care with what you can handle. Simply put you get what you pay for. I would never take one of my children to a questionable dr so I won’t ale my pets anywhere else. See More

My dog, Mason, had a large tumor removed from his lower leg 4 weeks ago. Due to the area of the wound, it's required multiple bandage changes each week. Dr Rachwitz, Dr Olsen and all the techs there h...ave been absolutely wonderful and welcoming to us each time we come in. I'm very glad my family recommended them and can see why they use them for their animals. See More

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Smokey, our newest and littlest member of the family, under the care of Dr. Katie Olson. She is truly professional, caring as well as competent. Her veteri...nary assistants and office staff are also courteous and helpful. Be advised the office has moved a block or so west, in the former China Road location. See More

I took my dog Rigby here yesterday for the first time and met with Dr. Katie. Katie was by far the best vet we have ever had! She was informative and just made me feel very comfortable! My dog was in ...need of his shots, heartworm pills and he has some issues with allergies and had an ear infection due to them. Katie got right on the floor with Rigby and sat there with him the whole time while we talked about preventative maintenance for his allergies. She gave us some pills and ointment to help with his ear issues and now know how to treat his flare ups. What really surprised me was the price of everything! I though for sure we would be paying well over $500 for the visit since he needed so many things (3 year rabies, a few other shots, 6 month box of heartworm pills, ear swab, steroid pills, ear ointment and of course the exam itself) all of that came to $270!!! I don't know if our last vet was just crazy expensive but all of that would have cost me alot more. I also need to point out Dr. Katie's assistant was very helpful as well, I can't remember her name but it was told to me. I had my 6 month old daughter with me in her stroller along with Rigby (who is close to 70lbs!) And I was having difficulty walking them together so her assistant held Rigbys leash and walked him out to the car with me while I strapped my daughter in her seat! They are just so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough good things!!! See More

Dr. Erich and his staff are hands down the best! Extremely compassionate about the care of our animals. We had to euthanize our dog, and they literally held our hands during the process and allowed ou...r whole family to participate. I wouldn't go anywhere else. See More

WOW.. I am IMPRESSED !! ... and I live in Ohio.
I have a facebook comment on one of the post that warns about giving Antlers, Nylabones etc. My Pebbles (Border Collie/ Aussie) broke her premolar#4 up...per left.
Doc asked me to call him and that maybe his info could help in making my decision. Extract or Root Canal.
What vet that practices several states away offers to advise a person about their dog's tooth via a phone call. You folks are blessed to have Dr. Erich Rachwitz..
Thank you again Doc for your time and informing me on these procedures. Very helpful in questions I did not have answers to and so positive.

Great place! Facilities are clean and look new. Reception/tech's/Doc were all super super friendly. They were able to take my cat in for a procedure within an hour of closing with no complaints and... the price...well...it can't be beat. Coming from california where my cat had a similar problem the bill was about 1/7th the cost. Highly recommend TCAH. See More

My greyhound, Ramsey broke his leg in the backyard last March. It is unusual for this to happen without some type of trauma so we knew that he might be sick. But we couldn't find any disease except t...he broken bone and neither he nor we were ready to let him go. Dr. Rachwitz recommended we consider amputation as a life saving measure and really worked with us on making this big decision. Ramsey is now 6 months out from that operation and we have our happy boy back! I think a large measure of his successful recovery is due to the personalized expert care he received from all the staff at Twin Creek. THANK YOU!!!! See More

We removed a 12 lb 7 oz splenic tumor today, and the patient is doing fine! In a few days, with a clean pathology report in hand, this rockstar will do well for the long term. (Pictured in black and white to minimize the gross -out factor)
