"My favorite SDG is goal number 1, Poverty plays a huge role in fueling inequalities that exist in several sectors; healthcare, access to education and gender inequality. Until people are economically and socially empowered most inequalities will continue." Kenyan Photographer Kevin Ouma

"I'm most passionate about SDG No. 2: Ending Hunger.
I strongly believe that Kenya's biggest problem isn't food production but food distribution. The infrastructure to and from farms is the biggest hindrance to an equitable distribution of food to communities. A lot gets wasted along the way and does not reach intended markets or communities. If we can address this challenge then we'll be empowering our people to fight hunger." Kenyan Photographer Amunga Eshuchi

Did you know women make up nearly half the world’s farmers? And if women had the same access to resources as men – like seeds, tools and financial credit - productivity could increase by up to 30%.

That means more food for the hungry: http://ow.ly/rTgA30fOYma
