Hi everyone,

I am a previous USC psychology student (one of the students who started this page), the company I work for are currently working on a national study on suicide bereavement in partnership with the University Queensland. If you have lost someone to suicide and feel comfortable completing the survey, please see below.

“An investigation of the support needs of individuals bereaved by suicide”

The purpose of this survey is to improve our understanding of how suicide bereavement impacts people's lives, what support people need at the time of their loss, and how to enhance suicide bereavement services.

The survey should only take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete and is being conducted by independent researchers, The Science of Knowing, and the University of Queensland, on behalf of the STANDBY Support After Suicide service, which provides support for people who are bereaved by suicide.

All participants who complete the survey are eligible to enter a prize draw for the chance to win 1 of 3 $100 Myer eGift cards. The draw will take place in June 2018.

Your participation in the study is voluntary, your answers are completely confidential, and you may end the survey any time you wish. The information you provide will be non-identifiable and only aggregated results may be used in reports and/or published in academic journals. Due to the nature of online surveys, once survey responses are submitted they will not be able to be withdrawn.
