Work on increasing the harmony in your life today, we suggest learning to “single-task.” Our lives feel so busy, full, and rushed that we feel the need to multitask. Our brains are constantly buzzing, jumping from one idea to the next, and in this mindset we are not open to the possibility of harmony. By trying to focus on one task at a time, we can cultivate a sense of calm within.


Engage in prayer in a way that is meaningful for you. If you are religious, this may mean following your religious traditions. If you are not religious, perhaps try giving thanks for people or events in your life and finding reasons to be hopeful for the future
