Here is a snippet of my new song "Lightfall" that will be available for download soon. I linked up with A.R.T. Studios and my brothers Hartman, Duke, and Walker Jr. and put together this song. This song is a testament of my surrender to Jesus and how I longed for Him to make me whole again. ✝️ Once the song has been completed, it will be available for purchase on my website, and on iTunes. ✝️ Thank you for your support and your prayers for the ministry God's entrusted me with. I look forward to sharing "The Way" with you by Spring 2018! On my way to Arizona, I had some time to explore Joshua Tree National Park. There was so much to do and I wish I had more time. ⛰ I decided to record a video of my song “Lightfall”, and I looked for a place that wouldn’t have too much echo or wind for my iPhone to pick up. With no sound barriers or extra mics, I recorded this raw. ⛰ Wouldn’t you know, the mountains and stones surrounding the place where I sat, naturally mixed down this recording. I kid you not: no mics, no headsets, no fancy programs. It was just press record and God’s creation took care of the rest. I was so excited to hear the miracle of such a clean sound that picked up my voice (recovering from illness) and ukulele (struggling to stay in tune from the 39 degree temperature) in as even as you can get it with no extra technology. ⛰ As this song was written during a time of spiritual wilderness when I was in a desert, I thought it would be appropriate to sing it IN the desert. ⛰ I pray that this song blesses you, and your household. If you haven’t come to know Jesus, give Him a chance today 🙂 ⛰🌵⛰ #Lightfall #sivasalaupatimusic #ukulele #wilderness #nomics #iphoneonly #joshuatreenationalpark

The music, art, and ministry of Sivasa Laupati.

These last two weeks, I've been singing hymns for praise and for specials and appeals. This evangelistic series at our church has not only been refreshing for me, its been inspiring.

Singing these hymns have had me constantly thinking on Jesus, and the experiences of the authors to these timeless classics. To think that I used to see these wonderful gems as "boring" or "outdate". Mercy ... I am overjoyed to sing these songs, and to know that JESUS was the reason for these pieces being written.

I pray that in some small way, someone is singing my songs with that in mind. Not so that I may gain recognition but so that those who sing them knows that they are not alone, and Jesus is always here.

Been having some pretty difficult sleep as of late: rough days that are restless, horribly vivid and confusing dreams, and then waking up as though I got no sleep at all. Praying for God’s intervention in my rest time because He knows I need it.

Praying for you too 🙏🏼

Will be finishing off the Evangelistic series this Sabbath by singing with my brothers for special music Happy that they will be able to be here.

My home church, Central Valley SDA, is having an Evangelistic series with an Evangelist by the name of Eddie Perez. Last night before the service began, he got on the piano and began playing while I was messing around the mics trying to warm up my voice, and we had some PRAISE time! I don't sing like THAT unless I'm with my family, or my Revelation of Hope team. Pastor Perez can PLAY.

We sang "Quiet Place" and it was a beautiful reminder that I need to relax sometimes and let God move in my life in the way that only HE can. It was also fun to be able to sing with no pressures, no cameras, no people staring at me. I was blessed.

I pray that you would find time today to be with Jesus in your quiet time with Him.

Good morning.

Matthew 11:28, Jesus offers through fellowship with Him and full trust in who He is and what He can do. Jesus says, "Come to me ... and I will give you rest."

Thank you to sister Julie for the recording of this song. Thank you to Kabo (sp?) and Lance for joining Jackie and I on this song.

Stop and enjoy our newest Reflections of Hope Episode on Fiji Time - The quality of our life increases in proportion to our quality of rest. In a world that is ...constantly on the grind, God is offering to us Fiji time. Time to come apart and rest a while. To trade the mess of our stress for the best of God’s rest! Time to decompress from the pressures of life. To be in the moment. In the here and in the now. To enjoy this precious gift of God called the PRESENT. And while it is true, that in light of the last days we are to live with a sense of urgency, it is also true that God is calling us to be still and to know that He is God. And as we do, the God of rest shall give us peace for time and all eternity! Please watch, like, share, and learn to embrace the reality of Fiji time!
