I had the Vegan Mushroom Cheesesteak and it was one of the tastiest sandwiches I've had all year. I only wish there had been something on the plate as a side, s...uch as some vegan potato chips or something. My boyfriend loved his eggplant-tofu sandwich as well.

My boyfriend and I have made the trip down a few times for the vegan cheesesteaks, golden nuggets and the smoothies! Everything is always delicious and the service is always wonderful and friendly :)

Had a spicy bowl which was sooooo good and my partner had a Lo mein dish, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We also had smoothies that were ridiculously tasty. would 100% return to Vegan Tree!

excellent lunch! i had the eggplant burger and my daughter had the spicy pot and we both enjoyed a strawberry and a jasmine bubble tea! a surprisingly varied menu with lots of options, and service was excellent - definitely going back again!

This is where I should have written this. I came across Vegan Tree by chance during my last visit to Philadelphia. I had parked well away from the shop I was vi...siting, and on the way back to my car, thinking about lunch, the Tree seemed to suddenly appear. I had a great meal and a wonderful conversation. I literally didn't even eat anything because I saw the woman picking up a customers food bare handed (after touching the phone, money, & other misc. items), put...ting it on their plate, & serving it to them. Tried some delicious sushi, sweet potato fries, and cheesy rice! I'm a lifelong vegetarian with many vegan friends, and this is some of the best vegan food I've ever had. Highly recommend it! Wonderful service, cool atmosphere... our server even chased off a very pushy solicitor for us!

Outstanding. I am eating here right now. I'm having today's special: Philly cheese-like-steak-like, House Special Salad, and Vegan Tree Special Drink made with: kale, avocado, banana, fuji apple, ginger and organic soy milk. I feel high.
