I am so happy and so grateful that people like the owners of Vital Farms exist. You can't put a price on animal welfare, so I'm happy to pay more for my eggs knowing that I support loved and healthy ...animals. I haven't had animal products in quite awhile, but I feel comfortable that I'm not exploiting a living creature by giving my money to this farming family. Beyond that, these are the most delicious eggs I've ever tasted. A healthy diet and lifestyle really do make a difference. Please keep up the good work! See More

Recently found your eggs at Publix....thank you for putting that information about pasture raised front and center in big letters on your cartons. I'd rather pay a premium and get healthy and humanel...y raised chicken eggs, AND I know that the eggs they produce are also better for me. Garbage in, garbage out for those low cost fed stressed out hostage chickens.... I will post your company on my FB page as well.... See More

I have to agree with the sentiment that the quality of these eggs has diminished. I have been buying these eggs for over a year and since this past summer up through last week, I have seen small, pale... yellow yolks. I’ve also seen the eggs at Target and heard that they are in Wal Mart as well. There is NO away that they can supply those big box stores and continue to produce the way they say they do. I’m really sad and sorry to see the quality diminish like this - I was more than happy to pay the premium price. See More

OMG OMG OMG. I’m 50+ years old and I have never ever really liked eggs other than the white part. The only way I can eat a whole egg is if it’s scrambled. Even when I make hard-boiled eggs I throw the... yolks to my dogs because I just can’t stand the way they taste. Today I bought a dozen of your alfresco eggs and thought I would give it a try. One was scrambled and tasted amazing. I couldn’t believe how thick and fluffy it was. The flavor was nothing like the eggs I ha e cooked in the past. Then I decided to pan fry one of the eggs and see if I could stand it. That is the best tasting egg I have ever had in my entire life. I can’t wait to buy more eggs and try the butter. Thank you for making such an amazing product. See More

It is nice to know that the hens are pasture raised and treated humanely at Vital Farms. We cannot morally justify the abuse of animals, as factory farming has done for far too long, and continue to t...hink we, as humans, are ethical in this process.. Being able to buy pasture raised eggs is important to our family, not just for the taste, but because of a moral choice we have made. See More

I was hesitant at first to spend over $6 on a dozen eggs at my local Krogers fearing they would taste like all the other eggs I have bought over the years, bland and tasteless!
I was so very wrong! T...hese are the best eggs I have had since I was a child!
Fresh tasting "real" eggs, deep yellow yolks and the knowledge this is done humanely and ethically, thank you!

I’ve always bought better eggs because their tastier and once you get used to the flavor you don’t want to go back!! Last nite I went to get eggs for Saturday breakfast and the section had been pillag...ed, and the Petaluma eggs I normally buy were sold a sea of the remnants there was a neat little stack of Vital Farms eggs and even though they were a little pricey I yearned for yumminess.....WOWZERS!! Happy chickens happy eggs!! Thank you so much I’m a forever fan now!!! See More

When I started learning to bake, I started paying attention to eggs, and these are the perfect eggs for baking! I was amazed to discover that my brittle sponge cake that kept falling apart became flex...ible and strong. I get so disappointed with other brands for not having healthy, creamy yolks (especially when I am having dipping eggs in the morning!) Thanks for taking such great care of your ladies See More

For years, I’ve been saying that I would gladly pay more for produce, dairy, meat and eggs if I know the animals are fed and treated right! I just bought my first dozen eggs from Vital Farms at my gr...ocery store. SO glad people who care about how farming is done finally have a choice! Thank you!!!! See More

Thank you vital farms for your ethics and quality! I needed butter from my local store the other day, and grabbed yours when I noticed the statements on your packaging. I came home and used it for din...ner and WOW it is the BEST butter I ever tasted. I came on your Facebook page and saw your ethical treatment of animals and fell even more in love. We will definitely be looking for all of your products during our grocery trips! See More

I was worried about the price of these eggs being 3 times what I normally spend. However, when I opened up the box and saw "bird of the month", read their vision statement and investigated their claim...s... I decided that these were worth it. I will have eggs a little less often, but I don't think I will be going back to "cage-free". :-). Thanks!! See More

Dear Vital Farms, I recently learned about packaging indications and certification through ASPCA's great post informing and clarifying about labeling on eggs and other products. I have tried your Alfr...esco eggs since and they are not only very yummy but I know that I get eggs from happy hens. Thank you! ♥ See More

I'm 80 and no longer drive (the world's a safer place with me in the passenger seat!)
So, most of the time, I order groceries and have them delivered. I saw this goofy little hand drawn butter box on... the Kroger (Michigan) site and just ordered it. Oh my, even compared to premium French and Irish butter (do an ABC comparison) VITAL FARMS WINS!!! I'm not much of an egg eater, so I can't comment on them, but the butter, oh, WOW!!! See More

So thankful for all that they do. My family loves eggs, but it makes me sick to think how millions of chickens live. I feel great about serving these delicious and virtuous eggs. I love reading the l...ittle Vital Times! Chickens are sweet little creatures. Thank you! See More

I recently tried a couple of dozen Vital Farms eggs and from someone who normally gets farm fresh when I "go home" or can get to a local farm, these are really tasty! Love the orange color yolks. It... would even better if more stores carry these as I have to make a special trip to get them. Keep up the good work! See More

My husband and I just grabbed these at Target thinking they were typical cage-free eggs. We were wonderfully surprised how delicious they were so we took another glance at the brand and read the litt...le story that was included. These eggs are not only beautiful to look at but also to eat. Then to read about the care given to the chickens made our day. We eat them every morning so it makes every one of our days. See More
