Have you moved your Facebook business page to the timeline yet? On March 30th it will be transferred automatically whether you want to or not. Here's a checklist:
1) Create and upload a 851 x 315 pixel image for your cover.
2) Create and upload a 180 x 180 pixel image for your profile pic.
3) Update your About information so that 3 lines of text appear below your cover image....
4) Pin apps and posts to the area below your cover image.
5) Promote your page!

The quantity of data collected by the large retail sites and their ability to mine that data to identify trends and target customer is quite incredible. Every business owner should be doing this (to a lesser extent of course) and you should be analyzing the traffic to your site and fine tuning the content and navigation in response to that traffic.
Remember the aim is not lots of traffic, but having your visitors engage with you or buy from you!
