Wall of Sound has been a favorite shop of mine for quite some time, ran by two kind, knowledgeable folks who always steer you into something else you have never heard, that always blows you away. It's... curated in such a particular, special way, that between a few essentials are bins ripe with adventurous, exciting, and masterful works. And they will special order items, which I've done many many many times. See More

If you like off-beat, independent, non-popular genres of music that you'll likely never hear on the radio, this is the music store for you!

If you are into the following: Noise, Post-Punk, Left-Field Electronic music, or Experimental Jazz, then check out capitol hill's wall of sound records. I've always walked out with something pretty awesome.

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen,
It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. ~ Albert Einstein

Many fine new and used records, CDs and tapes await you here at the shop.
