Warrior is a great workout! The variety of instructors and workouts prevents me from getting bored and I can adjust the intensity based on my skill level and how I'm feeling that day. Boxing is a grea...t all over body workout and you will definitely increase your fitness level if you go to Warrior regularly, plus it's wicked fun to hit and kick the bag! They also incorporate lots of other exercises in addition to boxing and are up to date with the latest and greatest exercises and techniques.. I highly recommend it if you are wanting to jump start a fitness routine or if you are wanting to mix up your workouts. See More

Love it! I've been coming here for over 5 years and it's great. The instructors are awesome and the workouts are challenging.

Working out at Warrior Fitness is like having a personal trainer! The instructors are great and they push you to challenge yourself. The best part is that every class is different so you never know w...hich muscles will hurt :) I've been going since May 2012 and I'm addicted...I can't wait to put on my gloves and kick butt! Warrior offers an awesome variety of power kickboxing (heavy bag), TRX, and circuit classes. Each instructor has their own unique edge and pushes you to do more, motivates you to leave it all in the ...gym. Afterwards you may be exhausted but you're also satisfied, stronger and empowered. See More
