Congratulations to two of our swimmers - Jasmine Margetts and Ciera Kelly - for being recipients of the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award for 2018!

The Arthur Ashe Jr. award was created to honor undergraduate students who have excelled in the classroom as well as on the athletic field. Inspired by tennis legend Arthur Ashe, Jr.'s commitment to education as well as his love for the game of tennis, U.S. colleges and universities are invited to participate in this annual awar...ds program by nominating their outstanding sports scholars. In addition to their athletic ability and academic performance, Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholars demonstrate a commitment to community service and student leadership.

We are very proud of our athletes for what they do in and out of the water! And congrats to the other WSU athletes that also received the award and mention! #gocougs

Cougars had a great performance at the PAC 12 swim meet in Federal Way last week. Many great swims and personal best times! Over the meet two school records were broken. All in all it was a great meet and great way to end the season. #gocougs
