Well let's see. We chose to do the most difficult, Hurricane Room. 16% pass rate. It was fine until we finished, passing the challenge, but 30 seconds pass the cut off point. Unknown to us we got a 2 ...minute penalty for pulling a numbered combination out of order. However, that set of numbers were useless and meant nothing as whoever set up the room set 2 combination locks with the same combination, making the set we got penalized for irrelevant and useless. The one combination we found worked for both locks! Had we not got penalized for a useless combo we would have passed it in 58 1/2 minutes. We explained the situation to the young man who set us up and set up the combo and he just laughed it off saying "my bad" and told us we didn't pass. Passing us was the right thing to do because it was a staffing error. I'd recommend going somewhere where they have more experience running these things. That's our plan for next year. See More

We went the last Saturday they were open and took coupons but in small print it said not valid on Saturdays. Sorry but why? We're locals and $4 off a $35 ticket is not a huge discount and frankly should get a discount. No biggie we just spent an extra $12 to walk in the gate. When purchasing the ticket at the water park they say your ticket is for both parks but that isn't entirely true...if the water park closes at 6pm then your amusement park ticket also expires at 6pm. I'm sorry but at those rates the ticket shouldn't expire especially considering the amusement park is putput, go carts, an old decrepit wooden rollercoaster, and some kiddie rides. This isn't six flags and it's over 30 years old. We enjoyed our day but this park needs a major face lift if it wants to compete with Owa. Parts of the pools are falling apart and it was nasty in a lot of the swimming areas especially the lazy river and they have plenty of staff to clean it. Some facilities look like they were in disrepair. It just doesn't seem like it's worth the ticket price. $120 to walk in the gate to have tickets expire at 6pm is absurd. See More

My boyfriend and I went to Waterville at noon and stayed until just before closing. Entry into the park was swift, and I was pleasantly surprised at the thoughtful placement of sunscreen throughout th...e park. Each and every worker I encountered was friendly and willing to help. As far as the attractions go, everything was great! my favorite was the Dune Racer water slide! The lines moved along at a pretty good clip and the water in every attraction was crystal clear. The lifeguards on the Flowrider (wave simulator) were very kind and were eager to help kids and newcomers alike. Our only complaint has to do with the food. We paid $9.50 apiece for a chicken snack wrap combo- while the fries and drink were fine, the actual chicken wrap left much to be desired. Instead of including lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese as the picture indicated, we were given two chicken tenders wrapped in a tortilla.... not worth the steep price tag. Here's what I would recommend- the park allows you to come and go in and out of the park as you please using your wristband. I would bring my lunch with me- when hungry, go to your car and eat, then re-enter the park. That way you avoid being ripped-off by the high food prices! Other that, everything was wonderful! We will be back! See More

Spend the day today at the park! Not to crowded, it was nice!
We rented a Private Cabana and the service was great, we had two staff members that took good care of all our needs, waited our lunch to ...our cabana, we left all our belongings at the cabana and no issues at all!
The Wave Pool could use some love, it looks degraded and needs some repairs on the walls, but it was Fun! I would put a huge timer counting down until the waves start, just like in any other water park in the world.
The Go carts could be upgraded also, the set of old ones, there are new looking ones!
Over all a great day!!

I took my 10 year old daughter and my cousin yesterday. The first thing that caught me off guard was the "No spray sunscreen" we only brought spray so we just sprayed outside and then used the complem...entary sunscreen when we went in. Once we got in I noticed some things like smoking in the water park....I didn't care for that and think they should change that policy all together. The slides were fun and the Dune Racer was mine and my daughter's favorite. It was not overly crowded, but it was a Wednesday. The prices were a bit high. I ordered the chicken wrap for lunch and it had 2 little pieces of chicken on a wrap and nothing else for 8.50. The picture shows lettuce on the wrap but apparently they don't do that. Some of the life guards seemed rude almost like they didn't want to be there and were not paying attention. Overall it was okay and I would go back. See More

The prices are overrated especially for a family of 5. We live in Foley and we are so glad to have a water park close to us. But we can't go as much as we would like with the prices. I also think if w...e have to pay that much to get in. They need to lower the prices on bottle drinks and food. It is crazy to pay $3 for water and Gatorade. Especially when you can't bring no outside drink or food in. Also they need to put mats down or keep the walkway soaked down with water. We came with a group of 10 yesterday and some of us got our feet burned because of the hot temp on the cement. We had to go back and get our shoes. Then getting on rides had to put shoes up which made it an inconvenience. I believe it would be a wise investment with walking mats or keeping the walkways soaked down. My family and I have been to many parks over the years. This has the potential to be a great park with some adjustments. See More

Place is very outdated. We paid over $200 for 2 adults and 4 children to get in. We was not impressed by any means. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The food was so overpriced, $10 for a chee...seburger/fri/drink that we left and ate lunch then returned. The "locker" policy is the worst I've ever seen. Instead of having a locker that you lock your belongings into and being able to have access to it at all times at your discretion. You have to pay $6 for a laundry basket that is kept in an office type thing. Every time you want something out of it wallet, keys, shoes, etc you have to stand in a long line for them to hand you your basket. We finally said to heck with the "locker" and just used a bag and sat it on a lawn chair. We definitely won't waste our money here again! See More

Paid almost $80 for my three year old and myself. Couldn't ride slides with her and the slides with tubes she would fall right out of because it didn't have a bottom, lazy pool sucked didn't have any ...floats for kids and life jacket just didn't work well, had no water spraying on you while you floated around was boring. No free drinks, and the wave pool bottom was torn up in spots which hurt my feet. My daughter and I just played in the kids area for a couple hours. Was way to much money. Didn't go to the kids rides it started raining and didn't want to risk anything. Will not go again! See More

Given some of the negative reviews we were a bit skeptical but us and our two boys (under eight) had a great time. Stayed mostly on the water park side with the exception of a game of mini-golf. Cou...ld they spruce up a few things? Sure, but overall we had a lot of fun.

One thing worth noting is they do have some unique policies/rules that are different than many of the water parks we have been to. When they say no outside food or drink, they mean NO outside food or drink, i.e. crackers and candy bar in couldn't come in, no spray sunscreen and no watershoes on the slides were a few that caught us by surprise.

Fun and friendly atmosphere! Great place to take the family and not have to worry about it being overly crowed. They should look into adding more rides to the park in the future, but the rides they now are great! Overall, I had a great time and got a nice tan! 😉☀️ See More

Went with my 2 year old, her 4 year old cousin and 3 other adults.
They kids were not even impressed, we had to hoop and holler to get them to enjoy the rides. (One person runs all 3 kid rides and the...y have to be done one at a time.) in the arcade, maybe 10% of their games are functional. We had just purchased 80 tokens for the two of them, and they could only do 5 or 6 games. When our tickets got stuck in one of the games we got someone to help. They started coming out so he left but then the whole machine broke. I can't attest to the water park side, but if you're looking for an arcade this is NOT the one. See More

Prices are very reasonable and good deal when you combine a whole bunch of activities together!

I was there 1 week ago today with my 14 year old son and 16 year old daughter. We were in the wave pool while the waves were going. Even though my kids are teenagers, and can swim, I still watch them... closely. And I'm so very glad I did. My daughter accidentally floated into the deep end and in her attempt to get back to me flipped her raft/ring. Because the handles were now on the bottom and she is only 4'10 she was unable to hold on and was barely keeping her head above water swimming through the waves. She was waving her hands and shouting for help. I was screaming for help and then my son began screaming for help. (He has a very deep and loud voice) There were no less than 5 life guards just standing there! One even told my son to stop yelling. We kept yelling until finally one of them jumped in. Just typing this right now gives me anxiety. When he finally helped her to me I was yelling at him, asking what they were waiting for. His response was "she had a raft". Another life guard told me to stop yelling at that guy and talk to him, so I did. He said they had to turn off the waves first. This is a horrible and dangerous policy. Swim at your own risk and watch out for one another. Do not count on the life guards to help you if you're struggling. See More

$80 for 2 adults- price is high for the few things they do have. We were told that we could leave and come back, but we were not told that if you return after the water park closes to do the amusement... park, it would cost an additional $11 per armband. The armbands are for both parks and should last until the amusement park closes. We will not be back. See More

We stayed about 7 hours and did just about everything the place had to offer, my 12 year old son had a fabulous time and I did also watching him have fun and racing him on the Go-Cart track! Putt putt... was fun and the heat was high but the covered areas made it bearable along with the air conditioned arcade! It was a day of memories for us both! See More

We had a good time, only thing is they won't let u go down kid slides with ur child. Our son can't go down slide by himself but loves it and one lifeguard said nothing about her going down with him of the day then someone said she couldn't go in with him. It's sad for smaller ones who can only go down and wanna go down with a parent. Then my wife sliced her foot open on a filter grate in the water and we wound up having to leave was a deep cut and she couldn't get back in the water. See More

Way to expensive almost $150 for 3 adults and 1 kid. Only 3 big slides for adults, wave pool, surfing and lazy river. Nothing really works in arcade, and amusement park is a joke. Definitely overpriced.

We only went to the amusement park. It was dead, which worked out well for us, we had free run of the place! We only went on the go carts, very slow! Played Putt Putt and played arcade games. Very out...dated! Most of the arcade games didn't work, staff wasn't very friendly at all. I was very glad I got our tickets off Groupon. That is the only way I would go back. See More

People need to understand this is a water park.. if you don't plan on spending a little money and getting down and dirty just stick to the beach!! My family & I had a wonderful time. Stayed from about... 11am til 6. Doing slides and everything with my young cousins. I'm 23 and had a blast!!!! Will definitely return if my family chooses. See More
