We had the pleasure of getting married at this beautiful venue on 11/11/17. Not only is this place gorgeous, it has plenty of room to fit all your guests and great photo locations all on the property.... Best of all, it comes with Katrina and Russell who are literally the best people to have on your big day. We even had guests talk about how amazing they were. They go above and beyond for you. We found all our vendors through Katrina and they were an A+ team. We had the best wedding and this place had raving reviews from all our guests. Do yourself a favor and at least check out this venue! See More

I fell in love with Wolf Oak Acres the first moment I visited. It is truly the most beautiful venue I have ever seen. I knew this is where I wanted to get married. The owners were accommodating and he...lpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They offered the use of their rustic decorations free of charge and recommended vendors in the local areas. The day of our wedding they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and details were in order. I would highly recommend this venue not only for the gorgeous barn and landscape, but because you would have a great team standing behind you along the way. See More

This is not your "typical" barn venue and Katrina and Russ are not your "typical" venue owners. Exceptionally clean, up to codes, air conditioning/heat, as well as an elevator are among the few detail...s that separate this venue from others. Owners Katrina and Russ went above and beyond for our July wedding. They truly care and are present for everything! From pre-booking to day of, they helped us throughout the entire planning process, answered all of our ridiculous questions, and provided advice when needed. Our wedding day weather was less than ideal, with nonstop rain resulting in flooding, Katrina and Russ kept calm while moving bridal party cars from the flooded parking lot, helping to set up inside, and helping to get arriving guests to the venue safely. The power went out for our entire reception but we never found out until afterwards. A generator kept the party going and powered the lights, air conditioning, DJ, photobooth, and everything else. We never thought of the power going out but Katrina and Russ were more than prepared! In addition to top notch service and communication, the venue itself boasts beautiful photo locations, indoor and outdoor areas, unlimited possibilities for layout/vendors, and so much more! Our guests were stunned by the simple beauty and accommodations. We are recommending Wolf Oak Acres to everyone we know! Thank you so much for helping to make our day amazing!!! See More

Katrina and Russ at Wolf Oak Acres went above and beyond in every aspect to make our wedding spectacular. In addition to the breathtaking venue, they were there assisting every step of the way in any ...way they could. We also stayed in the cabins which were equally as beautiful. Breakfast was delivered to our door the following morning and was hot and delicious! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend Wolf Oak Acres over and over again!

If you are in search of a beautiful picturesque barn wedding - look no further. The property is stunning with numerous options of an outside ceremony and the option of an incredible inside ceremony. ... This venue truly has it all. The owners are not only generous and accommodating - but they are armed with so much knowledge on how to help make your wedding exactly as you see it. My husband's family traveled from Long Island and New Jersey and have never been to a venue like this - but they were blown away by the beauty. Additionally, my college friends spent the evening at one of the cabins on the property and truly enjoyed their stay. You cannot go wrong choosing this as your wedding day venue! See More

I styled a wedding this past weekend during a storm that resulted in a major flooding. The owners handled it like it happened everyday, calm and collected. I arrived early b4 the bridal party, as I w...as waiting I watched the owner show the venue to a future bride and groom, she was so organized, she didn't miss a beat! From what I heard the power went out, and they had a generator that kept it up and running all night. I am beyond impressed, what a great venue! See More

Wolf Oak Acres was everything and more. It is simply beautiful. My husband and I got married at Wolf Oak in October 2016. We could not have asked for a better day. It was perfect. All of our guests ra...ved how beautiful the venue was. Katrina and Russell put a lot into their venue and it shows. They were both very accommodating, a pleasure to work with and were always available to answer any questions that we had. Katrina is a wealth of knowledge. They have a lot of helpful information on their website, as well as interesting blog posts and fun decorating ideas on Facebook and Pinterest. One of the reasons we chose this venue was because we did not see this pride for a venue anywhere else and I've never seen anything like it. When you rent out this venue, you are the only wedding for the day and don't feel rushed out. We were also the first ones to stay onsite at the newly built cottages. They are absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend staying there if you can. It put me at ease that I was already at the venue the morning of my wedding and didn't have to rush down to the main building to meet my vendors. Breakfast gets delivered straight to your door from Madison Bistro. The muffins and pastries we had were delicious! Russell also built a fire pit near the cottages. It was such a great way to unwind after our wedding day with friends and s'mores. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, rustic, one of a kind venue for your wedding or event. See More

I had the privilege to photograph a wedding at Wolf Oak Acres last weekend and I can not say enough about this venue, or more so, the owners. I have worked many venues across all of NY State and I ha...ve never come across a more accommodating venue than I have here.

There were so many opportunities as it was, a Photographers dream venue if you will, but we had an idea to do something a little different and had asked if it would be ok to pull the Victorian couch out of the bridal suite and place it in the corn field at night. I have done many venues and was completely expecting to get a no from Katrina (But you gotta ask, Right?) Without hesitation, Katrina said, "We'll take care of it".

In the week since this wedding I have already been booked to be back there next year and I can not wait to work with them again.

Thank you for all you do, all you put into this venue and most importantly, thank you for all the (Well placed) Pride you put in all you do here, it truly shows.

My mother and I attended the Spring into Love open house event yesterday! Such a beautiful venue! The owners were soo helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! What I love most is that you have the option ...to fully customize everything! You can bring in any vendors you want to work with and Katrina can also help by making vendor suggestions! It was a great event yesterday and I even won a $500 gift certificate for open bar at the venue for a future event! Thanks for having us! See More

I can definitely say after being a wedding photographer and being to so many different venues, Wolf Oak Acres was one of my favorite venues for a wedding. The staff was so friendly and eager to help a...nd the indoor and outdoor space was so beautiful for any type of wedding.
