Today was a very sad day for me...I groomed the last dogs at comfort canine salon. For 12 years my parents welcomed your dogs into their home....Dad helped me with my books...Mom helped me with laundry....and in the early days she even dried a dog or two😀. I groomed anywhere from 15-30 dogs a week...every week in this room. I loved it, and I will miss each and every dog.
Tomorrow I will happily wake up and go to Blackwater vets and groom more wonderful dogs but today I am sad for loosing a big part of me.
Thank you everyone who supported me for so long.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. My dad passed on Wednesday. Anyone that knew my dad knew he had a strong work ethic so in his honor I will be getting back to my normal work schedule next week. Thank you everyone for your understanding.

To all of my wonderful clients I am sorry to have to say that I will need to cancel my grooming appointments this week. As most of you know my father has been ill and I am beyond sad to say he is currently in hospice care at my mothers house. My parents have graciously opened their house to all of my grooming dogs for the last 12 yeas and I appreciate everyone’s care concern and understanding during this very difficult time. I will do my best to contact everyone but thought I would give you this heads up so you can make other arrangements for the holidays if needed. I am so sorry to cancel during this time. I will do my best to get everyone groomed as soon as I can
Again thank you all for your kinds words the past few months.

I have an opening for grooming on March 9 at 9:00. Please call or text 603-219-6858

So it looks like winter has arrived here in NH. Please remember we typically close during storms and try to cancel appointments the day before a scheduled snow storm. Thank you everyone for understanding!

This week we said good bye to 2 of comfort canine salons oldest friends. I was honored to be a part of Scotty and Max's lives for so long. Both of you where kind and loving souls who lived the life any dog would dream of, always given the best of everything by your families. RIP we will miss you.

Happy birthday to comfort canine salon mascot Bruce!
