Such a Great experience. We have gone several times. It's a neat chance to try foods that normally aren't served in a restaurant with the cost going back to the program

Trip planning and trying new things - 🐸 legs, oysters rockefeller, fried okra, braised cabbage, Charleston shrimp, and key lime pie (with not enough raspberry sauce).

French Week Prep

With German week 1 in the books here’s what you missed that is unless you came in and ate with us this week! Here are photos complimentary of our amazing Executive Chef for the week Bree Richter! Ione’s is a student-operated restaurant located at the Appleton campus. It’s both a full-service fine dining room and a premier learning lab for Culinary Arts students in the Restaurant Operations class. We feature great meals three days a week, with a variety of different themes.
