The October Meeting of the Pamunkey Woman's Club was outstanding. Our guests from the Hanover Sheriffs Office K-9 Unit did a wonderful job sharing on how they train their dogs. They talked about the difference between patrol and bloodhound dogs and we got to meet a couple of their dogs. Thank you to Sergeant Drew Spain, Sergeant Todd Brooks & (Hamma), and Deputy Braxton Reed (& Kojak). The club ladies also stuffed goodie bags to deliver to the Sheriffs Office to thank them for their service to our community.

Pamunkey Woman's Club celebrated its 85th Anniversary at the March Club meeting! It is hard to believe that a group of eight (8) ladies got together in 1932 and decided to start a club and officially join the General Federation of Woman's Clubs. Congratulations to all past and current club members for 85 years of serving our community! Thank you!
The February Club Meeting was very informative. Our speakers from the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center at Bon Scours Memorial Regional Medical Center did a wonderful job! They distributed some very good information and even demonstrated some good exercises using the long flexible band they provided. Thank you ladies!
