I know I live in Elkhart where education takes a back seat to drug use, cousin f@#king, and/or collecting welfare but really how hard is it to get the damn order correct? At least one or two people i...n that place have managed to master a 4th grade education and possess the physical motor skills required to operate a vehicle or else my delivery orders would never make it. Right? Given those stellar resume skills you'd think they'd be able to count to 3 or 4 to fulfill the amount of dipping cups I have requested, but alas, that is far from the truth. Every. Single. Time. It's. Wrong! I hate to be the one to break it to you but I don't think any of your current employees are going to be prime candidates for Schnatter's Schitty Scholarships or whatever the pizza G.E.D. equivalent of a McDonald's University program is so I may a suggest a flow-chart based system? Have Cletus take a look at the receipt then compare it to the food placed in front of him, tell him it's like a smarter version of Photo Hunt that he blows his paycheck on at the bowling alley looking at boobie pics. If he finds a mismatch then go ahead and add the food to make the order good, then deliver it. If the order ticket doesn't match the food on the counter then go back to the top and try again. The Cassopolis St. location has consistently failed to deliver a correct order that it's on the same level of piss poor performance as the Cleveland Browns. Oh and BTW, Facebook forced me to add at least a one star rating for you otherwise I couldn't post this comment. I wish I had more hands so I could you give you four thumbs down! See More

Ordered online. Received confirmation. Money was taken from my account. When my husband arrived at the Concord Mall location to pick up our order they said they had no record. He had forgotten his at home so he asked if he could call to get a confirmation number or to figure out what was going on. They refused. He drives back home and gets the confirmation number. Goes back and they are still saying no record. The employee says I should call around to other Papa John's to see if they have my order. I told them the email says this location. After another 10 minutes of trying to figure out how my account was charged with no records, he turns around and says "Oh here it is". The pizza had been there for an hour, sitting. My husband tells him that is no longer fresh. He says "No. It's still hot." We told him we wanted a refund. The entire time he was extremely rude and did nothing to try and sort the matter out. Even after he "found" our order, he never once apologized or offered to remake our order. This is was a Monday night go-to spot. Never again. See More

I placed a large order three hours in advance of when I needed it. I called 30 minutes in advance to confirm it would be on time (they said yes). Now I'm standing by the front door because it's 20 min...utes past delivery time and it's still not here. This was supposed to be a treat for some hard working teenagers, many of whom now have to leave. Way to blow it Papa Johns. See More
