Best experience of buying a car ever!!!!!! Adam Washington was our salesman and he made everything soooo easy!!!!! Adam made sure we got everything we wanted and went even overboard for us! My husband... was wheeling and dealing and I knew he was gonna get mad and we would end up walking out like we have before at other dealerships, but not this time! On October 7, we arrived at Patty Peck at 3:15, test drive, did all paper work and was walking out with a loaner by 4:30!!!! I had a wonderful experience in the spring but I decided that I would go public with this since nobody will listen to me. My salesman was great. Sorry I had to remove my 5 star in order to rate the... service department. I am so overwhelmed with the treatment I have received on this end. I won't be back and will let others know about my experience. I came to get my van serviced and my infant was in one chair with me and my 6 year old daughter was beside me in the other chair. She got up to get a cookie and a lady sat on my daughter's iPad mini 4 with tons of games I paid for her to enjoy. The lady sat in my child's seat to touch my infant. I asked for the manager but instead was told your van is ready. I was like wow that is fast. They rushed me and my 3 little ones out. I tried to contact the main number to let them know about my situation. While there I asked for them to pull it up on camera. Again I come back for service and asked again and was told that is a legal question. Really? Then they didn't wash my van as promised and I remained calm and asked someone else to wash it and was told that I wasn't suppose to have that done. That's not what my ticket said. I will not be back again for service and if I buy another Honda which I do love. I will go some where else. How would you feel if someone broke your phone and touched your baby? It's not cool. I feel so ignored. See More

My daughter was at college and the battery went bad in her 2012 Honda Accord. After the battery was installed the radio and navigation system did not work. I contacted Patty Peck service department an...d they explained to me the details to rectify the problem. I was able to call my daughter and walk her through the steps to get her radio back on. Two thumbs up to the knowledgeable service department and making this problem simple! Excellent service! Thank you!!! See More

Mr. Hardy Case made the entire car buying process super easy! Mostly everything was done virtually which is a great feature that I would recommend to anyone who has other obligations. In 2010 they had the car I wanted, and I drove up from Pensacola, FL to buy it and was very satisfied. I'm currently looking again, so if they have what I want, I'll be heading up that way again. As... you can tell, I don't have high regard for my local dealer. See More

I was on the market for the Type R for several months and went through countless dealerships here in Texas. Every dealership I went to tried to push the 50k+ price tag and telling me how "Great of a d...eal" I was receiving. Having already done my research I knew the MSRP was only $34,775 and just couldn't wrap my head around how these dealerships were taking advantage of people because of the hype and low quantity of these cars being released.
I had almost threw in the towel until I decided to branch out and start looking in nearby states. The first place I contacted was Patty Peck. Jason emailed me back promptly with the details on the next Type R they were getting and explained to me that they weren't playing the markup game like the other dealerships. Jason kept me constantly in the loop of when they were expecting the car and even sent me a video of it fresh off the truck!
I am now a very proud owner of a Type R at MSRP and not a single cent more! The transaction was over in less than an hour from start to finish so a huge thumbs up for that as well! Although I clearly won't be on the market for a new car anytime soon, I'll be no doubt making the 5 hour drive to Patty Peck every time. I forever thank you Jason and the Patty Peck team for helping me get the car of my dreams! I hope other dealerships start to follow your great example!

I visited the service department this afternoon for a routine oil change and tire rotation and had a great experience. This was my first visit (I usually go to another metro area Honda dealership.) an...d I will be back!

Also, I'm not sure how they got all the bug juice off the front of the car, but I am incredibly impressed!

I had a great experience today at Patty Peck Honda. I purchased a Pilot Touring and am in LOVE. My salesman was Joe Dineen and he did an EXCELLENT job explaining the SUV, educating me about Patty and explaining all my purchasing options. The paper work and financing was a breeze. If you need a new vehicle, see Joe....he made car shopping fun! Now to go home and break it to my husband....I bought a new car! Woot, Woot. See More

1st off - I want to say thank you to Patty Peck Honda. I have been wanting a new Honda and was nervous about making the switch from an accord to an SUV. My husband and I met with James Buck this week ...and he did a superior job. I had specific expectations I wanted in a vehicle and he made sure I was provided excellent service! Ted Buck was also very helpful when I had to come back the next day for a very sentimental item that I left in my old car. Y'all I just have to brag on Patty Peck Honda!My car was leaking transmission fluid when my 60,000 maintenance check was done a couple weeks ago. This should have been an easy power train coverage I could have gotten fixed in Hattiesburg, but oh no Vardaman Honda shut me down immediately and proved they will never have my business. Thankfully, Pat Peck hooked me up with a loaner vehicle and fixed the seals no problem. Even though there were a couple bumps in the road with the warranty company, Mrs. Linda went above and beyond to help me! She kept me updated through the whole process. I picked my car up yesterday and couldn't be more satisfied with how they handled it all. Totally worth driving back and forth for their customer service. They're the best!! See More

While looking to purchase a new Honda, I was initially working with three dealerships: two in the Jackson area and Meridian Honda. Not only did Patty Peck Honda give me the best price, the salesman Ja...son Leonberger was exceptional. From the first communication, he was kind, patient, and accommodating. He went out of his way to answer all the questions I had; no one at the other dealerships came anywhere close to being this helpful. He never made me feel pressured, which I appreciate.

I highly recommend Patty Peck Honda and Jason Leonberger! Jason is a very valuable asset to the Patty Peck Honda Team!
