Ordered $600 worth of cooling for new rig, one had bent/damaged threads. Sent them a picture to show it was brand new and damaged and I can't get store credit w.../o mailing it back to them.... already had to spend enough in shipping and they can't do anything about it. Next week, ordered a temp sensor made by XSPC and it arrived with one wire broken off the LCD screen... Didn't even bother to call them because it was only $8. Pretty sad that you don't even bother contacting a company when they send you damaged products.
Will never buy another part from them, even if I have to spend much more to get it from MicroCenter or Amazon. See More

Good pricing, great selections, great shipping. You can't ask for too much more.
Another customer recommended I try out Performance PCS and as of right now Have... nothing but positive things to say about this business.
I placed an order 2 days ago and it will be arriving tomorrow, ahead of what I was anticipating. I just placed a second order this morning for overnight.
First time I've done this so here's to hoping that it can make it before I'm headed out of town.
I will definitely be recommending them to anyone else I come across. See More

First of all I worked with Bill, and Chris yesterday afternoon and I can honestly say I have not had customer service that good in a long time. I got there at 4...:25 (which is 25 minutes before they close) just to pick up an order, but I drove an hour and a half to get there. Bill & Chris not only stayed when one item was not what I thought to help me find something else, but they both continued suggesting items even when we were already over closing time despite my offering to leave, and handle it later. They then even asked if there was anything else I needed after having to process a refund for that one item. This is an incredible place with great people, and I have had nothing but success, and great service with them. See More

Fantastic place to order parts for your PC that you didn't know you wanted/needed. Plenty of quality brands and fairly fast shipping, if you want to pay for the faster processing. I've sunk quite a bit of money into items at this store, definitely worth a look!

Johanna sent me an email yesterday on the status of my order. One of the parts was a special order and could hold up shipping. She offered to ship in stock toda...y and ship back order when it came in. I went with that option as I'm in the middle of my build and the back ordered part could be added later. Great communication and CS. Graded A+

Great Store. Wonder full staff in both the Tech Support,Custom and Shipping Dept. There are Very Few places you can get all of the items they carry in stock few...er with their prices and even less with their service. I have placed orders with them over the past years and have never had a issue. I really want to visit their store front but have not had the chance. I do plan to on one of my trips to Orlando in the coming year and I am looking forward to checking it out. See More

I'm building my first custom water cooling loop (fingers crossed I don't get any leaks! :P ) and decided to get all my parts from PPCs. After a lot of research,... not only do they have everything you might ever need in one place, but they also have some of the best prices around.

But the main reason I'm writing this review isn't the pricing or the abundance of gear available, but the most awesome customer service: after posting a pre-purchase question on the website, Chris spent more than half an hour with me on the phone, explaining a lot about the build (very patient with a first time WC builder), after which he sent over the links to what I needed to get (instead of having me search for them on the website, with the risk of picking something wrong).

After the sale, Coltin then jumped in and helped me pick my free gift (I bought stuff on Black Friday / Cyber Monday) and kept me updated about the status of my shipment.

TL;DR: AWESOME PEOPLE WORK AT PPCs!! :)

Made my first order over the weekend. An EK Pump/Res combo and a larger res tube. Quick turnaround on the order, left FL on Monday got here to PA today. Nice... little added touch with the custom sleeving options on the pump and it looks great! Saved me some time for a reasonable cost. Would certainly order again. I posted a review on their Google+ page but not here so figured I'd give them my praises on FB as well. I've spent thousands of dollars with Performance PC's ov...er the last couple years and I can honestly say I have never been dissatisfied with any of my orders. I received a bad batch of EK coolant one time (which was definitely not PPCS fault) and Duke took care of me immediately. Everything I've ordered has been overnight shipping and they have yet to let me down. Packaging is always top notch and the prices are in-line with other etailers or better. Usually better. Trust is earned they say and they have definitely earned mine. I will continue to go to these guys for every watercooling component I buy. With the largest and best selection anywhere online and the prices and customer service to match there isn't a better place to shop. You guys rock. Keep up the great work. Fantastic customer service and best selection. Responsive to questions /concerns. The only improvement I would suggest would be to really watch the weight the...y list for items as it will jack shipping costs through the roof.
Otherwise one of the best places to buy watercooling products and modding supplies. See More

Can't say enough good things about their customer service. I placed a rather large order last night and they were half-stock on an item I needed. I placed a se...cond order after calling them and explaining what I needed.

I received two phone calls from them this morning to iron out the details on a couple of my items and then they combined my 2 orders and upgraded my shipping. Now both orders will arrive overnight instead of 3 days from now.
