I stayed up late and watched The Curiosity Rover land successfully on Mars, the fact that so many things had to go right for the craft to land successfully is yet again another example of what's possible when we have a common purpose. I'm proud of NASA and the people who were on this team watching the JPL Mission Control was as exciting as any event I've seen of late. As President Kennedy once said " We do things not because they are easy, but because they are hard"... I love the space program.
