Had a wonderful break with my sweetie as he flew home from Peru for the holidays on the 21st. He's been away since August 24th so it was a bit of a weather shock for him as he walked out the airport doors into the brisk -28C air. I dropped him off at the airport at 3:30 this morning for his return to Peru where he will continue his motorcycle journey to Ushuaia, Argentina and, hopefully, find some penguins at the land's end. Now it will only be 8 more weeks before he is home for good and then we begin another adventure together as we move to Vancouver Island
