According to the World Bank - Malaysian Economic Monitor November 2012 Report, the labour force participation rate among women in Malaysia falls short at 46% compared to ASEAN countries like Singapore (60%) and Thailand (70%). To gain a better insight behind Malaysian women’s low participation in the labour force, ACCA and TalentCorp mooted a joint survey in mid-2012. The findings of this survey ...were revealed in a report 'Retaining women in the workforce', along with key recommended initiatives which the government and employers may want to consider in addressing this issue. This video provides a short presentation on this joint project between ACCA and TalentCorp. To download the full report, visit http://bit.ly/VA2fZz. See More | Shared with: Public |
