Ordered Hokkien mee, rojak and satay and they all taste very good without MSG. Staffs are friendly and environment is pleasant. On top of that, the foods are reasonably priced too. Will definitely come again.

If those who are reading this review, PLEASE COME AND HAVE YOUR MEALS HERE. They serve top quality vegan food that i promise you will NOT regret. One of the bes...t dishes is the Hoikken Mee. They made it such that it actually taste like the original one that you find outside, but better. Also try the Kuang Chiang. Overall, 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! عرض المزيد

The taste of majority of Vegan food on menu is very good despite not using MSG. Especially the Rojak, Hokkien & Curry Noodles! The noodles are special too and not your usual lye noodles. Healthy!

◦°◦°●◦°◦°● 素食者的佳音！素食美食養身之道集於一身的品馨蔬食◦°◦°●◦°◦°●

「檳城」近幾年來吃不僅僅是爲了填飽肚子，吃的豪華了，現在的人更著重于吃得健康之餘又吃得好。而我們普遍上的觀念是好的東西不好吃，好吃的東西不好，不過這次小編來到的餐廳讓小編們大大改觀。品馨是一家走健康路線的全素餐廳，一般我們對素食...餐廳的印象是少不了素魚素肉之類的合成食物，可是在品馨店家將養生健康堅持到底，小編們吃的食物很大部份都是天然食品，而且味道很好。

先來說說小編們都吃了什麽：
福建麺 Hokkien Mee RM6.80
叻沙 Asam Laksa RM6.80
爪哇麺 Jawa Mee RM7.80
咖喱麺 Curry Mee Soup RM7.80

湯麵的湯底店家很用心地使用各種小編意想不到的食材做搭配，煮出來的湯頭濃郁且以假亂真，就好比小編吃的叻沙，湯底是用海藻，蔗糖和蘑菇熬製而成，煮出來的湯底顏色和葷的叻沙很相似，都有些許渣渣，而且味道又酸又辣，非常好吃。

至於咖喱麺的湯底則是由杏仁腰豆等等的做調味，少了椰漿的厚重感，喝起來一點都不會有負擔的感覺，反而更加清爽好吃。配料方面則有豆腐卜和豆角茄子等等，吸收了湯汁的豆腐卜好好吃。而福建麺的湯頭是用五穀粉和其他調味料調製而成，配上蕹菜和sambal還蠻不錯吃的。最後一樣小編試的麵條是爪哇麺，湯底極其濃稠，可是卻沒有黏膩的感覺，詢問了店家之後才知道原來他們是用南瓜，番茄和馬鈴薯熬製的，所以使用的是天然的澱粉，酸酸甜甜的爪哇麺非常開胃。

除了主食之外小編們也試了小吃：
Rojak Platter RM7.80
Satay Sticks RM7.80
Kuang Chiang RM5.80
Chee Cheong Fun RM3.80

Rojak Platter是由好幾種水果拼成的，也有餅哦，餅沾上醬料還蠻好吃的。除了rojak之外還有廣將，餡料有芋頭，花生和沙葛，口感還蠻綿密的，咬到花生的時候很香，吃到沙葛的時候又脆脆的很好吃。少不了大家都很喜歡的satay，不過這裡的satay不太一樣哦，是用猴頭菇和豆支串在一起沾上醃料再去燒烤的，旁邊附上了satay醬汁和青瓜，搭配著一起吃黃薑的香氣很足呢。最後一道是小編很喜歡的豬腸粉，豬腸粉的軟硬度剛好，軟嫩得來又不會油油爛爛，醬料甜甜咸咸地，配上辣醬真的很好吃哦。

小編們當天也試了四款的飲料：
Sour Plum Lime Juice RM4.80
Ice Lemon Tea RM4.80
Signature Black Coffee RM6.80
Drink of the Day RM3.80

其中一款Drink of the day是當天煮的飲料哦，當天小編去的時候是羅漢果。羅漢果的味道清香甘甜，降火氣最適合了。其他的有Ice Lemon Tea，Sour Plum Lime Juice和Signature Black Coffee。Ice Lemon Tea 特別的地方在於冰塊也是用Lemon Tea本人製成的，所以不用怕冰塊融化之後味道會變淡。而Sour Plum呢則是酸酸甜甜的桔子酸梅水，不是用粉泡成的哦，杯子里可以很明顯地看到桔子和酸梅碎碎的樣子。最後是經典黑咖啡，頗有南洋咖啡的感覺，香醇可口。

各位如果是有吃素的朋友可以來試試看哦，不是吃素的偶爾想要吃得健康點的話也可以到這裡來，畢竟店家是少數將健康食物堅持得那麼到位的店。
