Helpful hints on Base Medal count and resources storage;
A: spend what resources you get as fast as you get it...Try not to overstock, and B: try to keep your medals count around 200, pass extra down to members with lower medal counts .
You get more medals from them...who ever they are...IE Flavor of the week, which lowers their over all count, and keeps them from farming you of your hard earned resources.
And when you do find a medal hording base, you may get 12-20 medals for a 100%, but can get 4-7 every 2 hrs which 12 hits at 4 medals each is 48 double full basing
also those horders can be hit not by just 1 guy...share the pain, and use it like an orgy point for everyone
A little food for thought... A group of wolves: The three in front are old & sick, they walk in front to set the pace of the running group lest they get left be...hind. The next five are the strongest & best, they are tasked to protect the front side if there is an attack. The pack in the middle are always protected from any attack. The five behind them are also among the strongest & best; they are tasked to protect the back side if there is an attack. The last one is the LEADER. He ensures that no one is left behind. He keeps the pack unified and on the same path. He is always ready to run in any direction to protect & serves as the 'bodyguard' to the entire group. Just in case anyone wanted to know what it really means to be a leader. It's not about being out front. It means taking care of the team.
