1: Japan has a population of 128 million people. Me being part of that number, I can promise you 99.9% of us living in Japan would NEVER have heard of this or k
...now it exists.
2: I doubt it can be legally registered, since they have a super strict family register system here. But would love Ladbible or anyone else to toss me a link in Japanese to follow up.
3: They love standing on ceremony and living life with ceremony. Less than 1% are Christian, but they'll go 110% all out to create an "authentic" Christian wedding, cross and all. (See video)
I see it more for the experience and fantasy, I doubt anyone could openly celebrate this with their friends or family here, as super conservative as it is, shame culture and all.
Finally, I'm more concerned (and always concerned) at the leeway of peace, money and boredom?, that technological companies in Japan have to plan, get funding, create and run this kind of service in the first place.
:/
Instead of knee jerking overreacting that 7 billion of us are doomed based on like 1000 or so people, try to imagine what kind of society it must be, that there's even a market for it in Japan. What are they exploiting out of people?
Better yet, come visit/live here and see the reality beyond "Wacky Japan" internet videos.
At the end of the day, will you really remember this a year from now?
