Bottom-line; if the courts are now allowing the police to confiscate private property without due process of law then the courts have become corrupt, and the police have become thieves. There is no other way an honest man can look at it.

forfeiture by police for minor infractions has increased a thousand fold in our nation. such a broad brush use of this law across our nation has led to monumental abuse by the people charged with protecting our society.

person are without any rights, police are right , what they say and do , because if you plea your rights they will call enough backup to make what they say is right. people have to pay lot of money to get where they can prove they have rights and innocent! its a dam crying shame! it was at one time innocent until proven guilty , its guilty until you prove yourself innocent!
