Great way to get around the human rights violation that is the Louisiana Constitution. Now can they make it where a military chaplain is a federal employee and can marry same sex couples who are in the milltary on bases in Louisiana? That would really show them. This state is so hardheadedly conservative we will get same sex marriage around the time we get legal marijuana. But if they would legalize marriage on military bases, I would bet they would have a lot of folks sign up to serve.
