We have some sad news to share regarding our clients in the Turf Grass Mandate case. Over the weekend Jan Duffner let us know that her husband, Carl Duffner, recently passed away. His death came just days before they were to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and, of course, also just days before Christmas. In spite of her sorrow, Jan made clear that she intends to continue fighting the City of St. Peters to ensure Americans' right to use their private property in lawful, harmless ways of the owners' choosing. Please join us in expressing our deepest condolences to this brave lady.
