'What makes a city liveable and sustainable?

Here at CLC, we have a Framework that articulates the outcomes of such a city:
1) High quality of life – an equitable and inclusive society, accessible public services, and a safe & secure environment

2) Sustainable environment – a clean and quality environment, healthy ecosystems and resilience to environmental risks

3) Competitive economy – a resilient economy, competitive workforce and inclusive growth

Can you spot these outcomes in our new illustration? Are they balanced?

To build up these visible outcomes, a city must have integrated master planning and development – one that is longstanding, and accommodates flexibility and productive difference, as well as dynamic governance - one that leads with vision, pragmatism, integrity and in cooperation with the community and market stakeholders.

This is the Singapore Liveability Framework.
