UPDATE ON "Louie": this will warm your heart and bring tears to your eyes. A prayer answered when I ask " if I could just hug and say thank you to the man who found him". Today he came in! He was with his niece who had a appointment. Mary Witting even brought Louie in to see him. These pictures tell the tale.
A great big thank you to Bob the real hero in this story. He was walking along Colfax, by the bridge over Katie ditch, he heard a moan. He went down the embankment by the creek and seen this little emaciated pup with his muzzle taped shut. He said he put him in his jacket and climbed back up the embankment. He then walked him straight to us for help.
