UPDATE ON THE IDENTITY FRAUD CASE:

Round Rock One Family PAC and Orlando Salinas for Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees Place 3 received the attached cease and desist letter, via email, from my attorney last night around midnight. Despite my informal requests on their FB pages, and now a formal request from my attorney, they have refused to remove the post nor issue a public apology. Rather, they continue to double down on their spreading of a forged docu...ment and therefore, continue illegal activities.
I have filed a police report with the Round Rock Police Department and will continue to follow up on this to the fullest extent of the law. I will also update all my legal pursuits to include anyone else found to have spread this forged document.
Thank you for all the tremendous outpouring of support I have received from the entire RRISD community and beyond! I cannot express how much it means to me!!
