Today is the day I decided instead of enduring my cancer battle in the dark I would begin my diary. The day of my first surgery was August 16, 2016. It took me nine days to build up my courage and resolve, I'm glad I did. Raising awareness about melanoma saves lives because when it's caught early it doesn't have a chance to metastasize. So please, pay attention to your body and the changes it makes. Healing with a megaphone.
