What a great 4th of July! Yesterday, I kicked off the day in Kentwood, where John James and I joined Mayor Kepley and the community for a pancake breakfast! Afterwards we cheered on the runners, who braved the heat, for the 5K race. Before the parade got under way, John and I also thanked our local first responders who answer the call to serve and keep our community safe as we celebrate Independence Day.
