Rosina Sabaitis celebrated her 102nd birthday on October 17th! Let's prove her daughter Sandra wrong and give her more than 102 likes! She was born in 1913 and has had a lifelong love of farming. She grew up on a flower farm in Whitestone, Queens and later married New Jersey poultry farmer William Sabaitis. She returned to Shirley, Long Island where she continued to raise chickens. Rosina now resides at Brookhaven Health Care Facility where she continues to enjoy gardening, music, parties and special events provided by our 5-Star facility. Happy Birthday Rosina!
