đź“ŚThe Embassy of Sweden in Chisinau agrees with the recent statements by H.E. Peter Michalko, Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova.
The Republic of Moldova has committed to, without delay, to finalize legal procedures and complete investigation regarding the 2014/2015 “Theft of the Billion” and the related extensive banking frauds. These procedures should result in prosecution of individuals and groups involved. Sweden expects Moldova to fully abide by its engagement towards its citizens as well as towards the European Union - regarding this issue.
