UPDATE: GPD responded to the scene at 1:20pm. When they arrived they found a man who had been shot. He was transported to the hospital, but died from his injuries. The person suspected in the shooting remained on scene and is being questioned at this time. The two knew each other, and the shooting stemmed from some sort of neighbor dispute.
