After receiving the letter below, I now consider this matter resolved.
I want to thank Adam Katz, owner of Talon Air, Inc. for his offer, which I have accepted on behalf of our family and the Scott J. Beigel Memorial Fund. I am very happy that Adam and Talon Air, Inc. have seen their way to accepting responsibility and resolving this matter.
Since Talon Air, Inc. had previously refunded $2000 towards our initial invoice, I will be returning the $2000 back to Talon Air, Inc..... It is in no way my wish to have Talon Air, Inc. reimburse us for more than we originally paid.
I feel I must thank everyone on Facebook who commented and shared my post which most definitely helped get this matter resolved.
