"إدارة الأزمات واستجابة الكنائس في زمن الكوارث"
إضاءة عبر مجموعة من الصور حول جلسات اليوم الأوّل من ورشة العمل هذه الّتي ينظّمها مجلس كنائس الشرق الأوسط، دائرة الدياكونيا والخدمة الإجتماعيّة، بالشّراكة مع منظّمة تير فاند، في بيت عنيا حريصا - لبنان.
تهدف الدورة إلى تمكين المشاركين من إكليروس وعلمانيّين عاملين في الحقل الكنسي، وتطوير قدراتهم من أجل دعمهم وتزيودهم بالمهارات الأساسيّة الّتي تساعدهم بدورهم على تدريب العاملين في رعاياهم. وهذا ما يخوّلهم بالتّالي على مساعدة الكنيسة… في تضميد جراح الأكثر تضرّرًا في زمن الكوارث وذلك على مختلف الصّعد الإنسانيّة والإجتماعيّة والصحيّة والنفسيّة.
“Disaster Risk Management and Churches Response”
A highlight through some photos about the first day’ sessions of this training, organized by the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC), Diakonia and Social Service Department, in partnership with the TearFund organization, in Bethania, Harissa - Lebanon.
The training aims to empower participants, clergy and lay people working in the Church field, and develop their capabilities in order to support them in responding in times of crises. The training also aims at providing the attendees with skills that will enable them in turn to train members of their congregations, so they can all help the Church heal the wounds of the most affected people in times of disasters, on various humanitarian, social, health and psychological levels.
