Senior Finance Minister Dr. Ashni K. Singh this afternoon joined President Dr. Irfaan Ali and Prime Minister Brigadier (Ret’d) Mark Phillips at the commissioning of the Guyana Defence Force’s King Air 350 Beechcraft and its new Bell 412 Helicopter, at the Air Corps Hangar, Timehri.
