A little-known tax increase in the Affordable Care Act has already hit middle class families and will hit seniors beginning in January of 2017. The tax, adjusts the amount Americans can deduct related to certain out-of-pocket costs, forcing millions to pay more every year. This week, we passed a bill to roll this tax hike back for middle class families and prevent it from hitting seniors next year.
