We run through modified consensus. We do have members and to become a member there is a process to go through.

We believe mediation and conflict resolution is incredibly important in a healthy community. It's important if conflict arises (which happens in every community) people are willing to communicate and work to resolve it.

We want to create a beautiful space that we can grow and learn together, have fun, create art, help in our community and teach others.

Our house is on a third of an acre property with two houses, one main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and coworking space. The back house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. We have two yards, a large porch, a washer and dryer for each house. 2 large garden beds, an aquaponics and 8 chickens. (The room available currently are in the front house.)

The room is $650. We do require a deposit (which is the amount of the room and a security deposit for bills which is $100).
We have reached out limit on the amount of pups we can have but other animals are welcome.

Location: South side of Austin near William Cannon and Congress. Multiple bus stops half a mile from our home. 35 minute bike ride into downtown.
