Taking advantage of the unprecedented use of mail-in voting, Governor Wolf, Secretary of State Boockvar and a rogue Supreme Court unlawfully usurped legislative power to set conditions for an election result in their political interest.

As a result, I am partnering with Senator Stefano in introducing legislation that will repeal the "no excuse mail-in ballot" provision enacted as part of Act 77.
