Splendora Police Capture Another International Fugitive Murder Suspect in Collaboration with Federal Authorities
Splendora, June 7, 2024- Splendora Police Department’s Criminal Interdiction Unit, in coordination with Federal Law Enforcement Partners, successfully apprehended another fugitive murder suspect wanted by Interpol. The suspect, who had been illegally residing in our state and country, was known to travel between the City and his residence in T...errenos.
Splendora’s Criminal Interdiction Unit in a joint effort with the Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Juan Jose Valero Cruz was taken into custody to face Murder charges in Mexico. Mr. Cruz is no stranger to being deported as this will be his third time.
Our Criminal Interdiction transferred custody of Mr. Cruz over to our Federal Partners without incident.
