We were just informed from the county that the state is concerned about a canine virus that is unknown. It presents with symptoms such as parvovirus: vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy and decreased appetite. The state has had multiple confirmed cases in northern counties and some have been fully vaccinated. We here at Surrey have seen at least 4 in young puppies with not a full set of vaccinations. It unfortunately has been fatal each time. Please if your pet is presenting with th...ese symptoms please call us and we will direct you on if your pet needs to be seen. Keep in mind not all Vomiting and diarrhea pets will be caused by this virus. We will keep you update as we know more but unfortunately this is all we know at this moment.
