Suspects Identified

The Officers and Detectives of the Uxbridge Police Department have identified the parties responsible for the BB gun shooting earlier in the week. Three suspects have been brought in by officers and questioned resulting in an arrest of one adult male. Two juvenile males that were involved are also being charged.

Through the course of the investigation the weapon used was recovered at the suspect’s home. Samuel T. Patterson, 19, of Uxbridge, was charged with the following: Intimidation of a witness, Disorderly Conduct, A&B with a dangerous weapon, Disturbing the Peace, A&B on a party disabled with injury, BB Gun/Air Rifle Discharge on way. The juveniles involved will be charged through the juvenile court system.
